Each unit has a fully equipped kitchen, cable TV with VCR, CD player, private deck, and washer and dryer. The one bedroom, one bathroom units feature one queen bed and a sofa sleeper. The one bedroom, two bathroom units feature a den with two sets of twin bunk beds, one bedroom with queen bed, and a sofa sleeper. The three bedroom, two bathroom units feature three levels with one king bed, two queen beds in separate bedrooms, and a double futon sleeper in the loft area. All units also include an alarm clock radio, direct dial telephone, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Each kitchen includes a coffeemaker with complimentary coffee, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove, and toaster.
This property requires a three night minimum stay for arrivals between 5/31/05 12/22/05 and 4/17/06 11/23/06. A four night minimum stay is required for arrivals between 1/2/06 2/9/06 and 3/19/06 4/16/06. A five night minimum stay is required for arrivals between 2/10/06 3/18/06. A seven night minimum stay is required for arrivals between 12/23/05 1/1/06.
